THATS WHATS UP

THE BIRTH OF SYNERGIE PRINTS. First I would like to thank you as the reader for coming to visit my site.  Growing up as a child I came from a single mother home and lets just say being poor in the hood wasn't easy. During my teenage years I went down the wrong path on my own and that didn't lead to anything good. Until one day when I was 14 I walked into the print shop of Fred Khaleel (Print-All) and fell in love with this machine called an AB Dick press. As a young child I loved to take things a part and put them back together again. So when I saw this mans machine with no covers and the gears just moving I was hooked right away. From that day forth my life as a printer had begun. I begged Fred for the job and worked for free so he could teach me the trait.

 

As the years passed by I became the only person who could print full color work on this one color machine. The age of 17 would be a huge change and I got a job at GTC (Graphics Type and Color). I began printing all the club flyers for Miami. I mean it was crazy we were in the ghetto NW 119th street and all these club promoters would come at all hours of the day or night to pick up their flyers. Most times I would just go drop them off and hang out at the clubs. I have always had a creative mind and since I was printing all of these cool flyers I started to get inspired to learn how to create them. A few years later I bought my first Mac Performa and started to learn on my own.

 

Along the way I met and worked with this amazing graphic designer named Luroga Designs a.k.a Luis Garcia. Together him and I opened up a business together in the garage of his home. He made all the artwork and I did all the printing. I got to be around even more creativity because he did the artwork for all the record labels. I printed all the labels for Luke and Joey Boy records.

 

Many years would pass and in 1999, I would be on my own with the printing. By this time I had also learned how to create the artwork on my own. This was the moment Synergie Prints was born. My slogan is creating designs and printing them to life! I was only doing club flyers for the Bahamas and found myself doing much work for hotels. One day I decided to purchase all the printing machines that enable me to print all of the clients work myself. From Promotional Postcards to Posters, Banners, Dry Erase Boards and so much more.... This is Synergie Prints!
